Car (Northbound)

• rom Hualien take Provincial Highway No. 9 toward Su’ao. Take Su’ao intersection to connect to Freeway No. 5. Take Yilan intersection and connect back to Provincial Highway No.9, arrive at Yilan County Hall (Provincial Highway No.9, 83.5K point).
• From Luodong take Freeway No.5, take Yilan exit and connect to Provincial High Way No.9. Arrive at Yilan County Hall(Provincial Highway No.9, 83.5K point)
